1. Roles: controller and processor
For information about your own account and use of the Service, we act as a data controller. For the data you and your organization submit about your customers and contacts ("Customer Data"), we act as a data processor — you are the controller of that data and are responsible for its lawful collection and use. Our handling of Customer Data is governed by these terms and our agreement with you.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account data: name, email, password (hashed), and organization details.
- Billing data: plan, billing contact, and payment method details processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers).
- Customer Data: the contacts, leads, messages, files, sites, automations and other content you create in the Service.
- Support data: information you share when you contact us.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data: log data, IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and feature usage.
- Cookies and similar technologies: used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser.
3. How we use information
- to provide, maintain, secure and improve the Service;
- to process payments, subscriptions, add-ons and usage billing;
- to communicate with you about your account, updates and support;
- to detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse and security issues;
- to comply with legal obligations.
Where the Service provides AI features, content you submit may be processed by AI providers to generate outputs for you. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Sub-processors and sharing
We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contracts that require appropriate protection. These include, for example:
- Stripe — payment processing;
- Email and messaging providers — to send email and messages you initiate;
- AI providers — to power AI-assisted features;
- Hosting and storage providers — to run the Service and store files.
We may also share information to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights and safety, and in connection with a merger, acquisition or asset sale.
5. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for a reasonable period to comply with legal, accounting or reporting obligations. You can delete much of your Customer Data from within the Service. On account closure we will delete or de-identify data within a commercially reasonable period, subject to legal requirements.
6. Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and tenant isolation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. International transfers
Information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights for your account data, contact us at support@example.com. If your request concerns Customer Data controlled by an organization, we will refer you to that organization.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children and is not intended for use by anyone under the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by other reasonable means.
