ReflexWare is a monthly subscription with optional per-module add-ons and usage-based charges. This guide covers how billing works.
Your subscription
Your plan sets your workspace limits — seats, websites, storage and more. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Changes to a lower plan take effect at the start of your next billing period.
Add-ons and usage
Some capabilities are billed as you use them, so you only pay for what you consume:
- Email sending — per email sent from your domain
- AI credits — for AI-assisted drafting and automation
- Storage — for space beyond your plan allowance
- SMS & messaging — per message segment
Your wallet
Usage-based charges draw from your account wallet. Keep a balance topped up so email, AI and messaging keep flowing without interruption.
Payments
Billing is processed securely through Stripe. You can update your payment method and download invoices from Settings → Billing.
