Buyer & publisher portals
What buyers and publishers see on their self-serve portal links — purchases, returns, tracked links and earnings.
If a business that uses ReflexWare shared a link with you, this guide is for you. Buyers get a self-serve page showing what they've purchased and a way to return items. Publishers (traffic partners) get a page showing their links, performance, and earnings. Neither needs an account — the link itself is the access.
Tenants (ReflexWare users): you create these links from Leads → Buyers or Leads → Publishers with Copy portal link. Everything about managing buyers, publishers, offers, and payouts is in Lead Engine. This page documents what the person on the other end sees.
Buyer portal
Your link looks like https://<their address>/buyer/<long code> and is unique to you. It shows:
- Your stats — total purchased, returned, and current spend.
- Pricing — what you pay per lead, including any special per-category pricing.
- Recent purchases — a ledger of the latest deliveries: what arrived, when, for how much, and its status (ACCEPTED, SETTLED, RETURNED, …). Leads show area (name, city/state) rather than full contact details.
- Return button — every purchase inside your return window has a Return button. The window (e.g. 7 days) is shown at the top of the page. Returning reverses the sale: you're refunded and the sale is netted out on the seller's side.
Returning a purchase
- Find the purchase in Recent purchases.
- Select Return (only visible while inside the return window).
- The page refreshes with the sale marked RETURNED.
Returns outside the window aren't possible from the portal — contact the seller directly. Expired or revoked links stop working entirely; ask the seller for a fresh one.
Publisher portal
Your link looks like https://<their address>/publisher/<code> and shows:
- Your stats — clicks, leads generated, pending earnings, approved earnings.
- Your tracked links — one per offer, of the form
/go/<your code>?offer=<offer>&s1=…&s5=. Share these links (not the destination URL directly) so your visits and leads are attributed to you. Thes1–s5slots are yours: put campaign, ad-set, or creative tags there and they'll appear on your scoreboard and every commission line. - Campaign performance — a 30-day breakdown by your
s1tag: clicks, leads, conversion rate, earnings. - Creatives — banners and swipe copy the business provided, ready to reuse.
- Commissions — what you've earned and its state: PENDING (fresh), APPROVED (accepted, awaiting payout batch), PAID, or REVERSED (the underlying sale was returned).
Attribution lasts 90 days: someone who clicks your link and converts within 90 days still counts as yours, even if they don't act on the first visit.
Getting paid
Payouts are batched by the business you partner with — individual commissions flip from APPROVED to PAID when a batch covering them is paid out. If a batch is marked simulated/test, no money moved; the business will confirm real payment separately.
Publisher application form
Some businesses recruit partners with a public join link (/publisher/join/…). It asks for your name, email, and how you promote (your traffic method). Submitting creates a pending application — you can't earn yet. When the business approves you, they email your personal portal link. If you apply twice with the same email, it's treated as one application, not two.
Join links can be switched off by the business at any time; an expired link simply won't load the form.
Safety notes (for recipients)
- These links are bearer credentials: anyone holding one sees the page. Don't post them publicly.
- Neither portal ever asks for a password. If a page claiming to be a portal asks you to log in or pay, stop — verify the address with the business that invited you.
- Personal data is minimal by design: buyers see lead areas, publishers see their own performance. If you spot someone else's private data, tell the business immediately.
