Marketplace

Browse, install and publish templates for sites, funnels and more.

The Marketplace is a library of reusable templates — websites, emails, automations, forms, pipelines, chat widgets, and more — published by organizations on the platform. Install a template to copy its contents into your workspace, or package something you've built and publish it for others, free or paid. This guide covers browsing, installing, keeping installed templates up to date, and creating your own.

Who this is for

Anyone who wants a head start from a ready-made template, and anyone who wants to share or sell what they've built. You need templates: read to open the Marketplace; other actions need the permissions listed at the end.

Where to find it

Select Marketplace in the left menu. The page has three tabs and a Create button:

TabWhat it shows
BrowseEvery published template.
My TemplatesTemplates your organization has created.
InstalledTemplates you've installed, with update status.

Browsing templates

On Browse, pick a category from the left (or the dropdown on small screens), search by name, and sort by Newest, Most Popular, or Name (A–Z). Results are paged 12 at a time. Filters are kept in the page URL, so you can share or bookmark a filtered view.

Categories:

CategoryWhat the template contains
WebsitePages, components, and layout
EmailAn email template with content and styling
AutomationA workflow with triggers and actions
FormFields and validation rules
ContractA contract template with variables
PipelineStages and lane configuration
BookingA booking calendar with availability
Chat WidgetA widget with FAQs and configuration
CMS SchemaA table structure with column definitions
ProductA product with pricing and features
BlueprintA bundle of many features at once
FunnelA multi-step funnel with pages and forms

Select a card to open the template's page. It shows the thumbnail, name, price (or Free), category, publisher, version, tags, the description, and What's included — every item in the bundle, with the first marked Primary.

Installing a template

Installing copies the template's items into your workspace. Installed features are created as drafts, so nothing goes live until you review it.

Free templates

  1. On the template's page, select Install Template.
  2. For a bundle, review Items to install. The primary item is required; untick any dependency you don't want.
  3. Select Install.

The dialog reports how many items were installed and, for bundles, shows each item as Installed, Already exists (an identical item was reused), or Failed. Select Done.

If the template would push you past a plan limit — say, more websites than your plan allows — the dialog says Plan limit exceeded and offers Upgrade Plan instead of installing. Once a template is installed, its button reads Installed.

Paid templates show a Buy button with the price. Selecting it opens a secure card form; your payment is processed by Stripe and the template installs as soon as payment succeeds. Buying requires a paid plan, and you can't buy your own template.

Installed templates

The Installed tab lists each template you've installed with its publisher, the version you have, and the install date. When the publisher releases a new version, the card shows an Update badge; hover over it and select Sync Changes to pull the latest version into your workspace. The card then reports what happened — items updated, restored, missing, or failed.

Creating a template

Select Create in the Marketplace header (some parts of the app also open this wizard directly through a "Save as Template" action). The wizard has five steps; if you close it partway through, you're asked whether to discard your progress.

Step 1 — Select feature. Choose a category, then pick one of your own items of that type (search if you have many). Items that were themselves installed from a template can't be re-published — you'll see Cannot create template from installed content, which protects the original creator's work. Choose Blueprint to bundle many features together instead.

Step 2 — Dependencies. The wizard scans the item for things it depends on (for example, a form used by a page). Choose Bundle All, Skip All, or Choose specific items. If a CMS table is included, Include CMS table data also bundles its rows, not just its structure. For a Blueprint, this step is a checklist of every feature to include.

Step 3 — Template Details. Enter a name, description, up to 10 tags, and an optional thumbnail (picked from your Storage). The preview on the left updates as you type.

Step 4 — Pricing. Choose Free or Paid. Paid requires a connected Stripe account (Settings → Integrations → Stripe Connect); until then the option is disabled. The minimum price is 0.50 in your platform currency. Paid templates may need approval before they appear in the Marketplace.

Step 5 — Review & Publish. Check the summary, then select Save as Draft or Save & Publish. A published free template is listed immediately; a paid one may show Submitted for Approval until an administrator reviews it.

Managing your templates

The My Templates tab shows your organization's templates with a status pill — Draft, Published, Pending Approval, or Archived — a price badge for paid templates, and counts of installs and items. Hover a card for its actions:

ActionWhat it does
EditChange the name, description, tags, thumbnail, and pricing.
Globe icon (Publish)Publish a Draft or Pending Approval template.
Refresh icon (Republish)For Published templates: re-snapshot the source items and bump the version, so installers see an Update.
Trash icon (Delete)Permanently delete the template after a confirmation.

If an administrator rejected a paid template, the reason appears under the card and on the template's page. On your own template's page you'll also find Edit and Delete buttons (Delete asks you to select Confirm a second time).
