HR work-style assessment

Explore work preferences, save a private report, and choose whether to share it with HR.

Open HR Assessment in the sidebar to compare how you describe yourself with how you feel expected to work. The questionnaire produces charts, explanations, and work scenarios for a coaching conversation. It is an original, unvalidated inventory: results are not an ability rating, diagnosis, hiring score or forecast of future performance.

Complete an assessment

  1. Read and acknowledge the intended use. Add an optional report label.
  2. Choose the descriptors that describe you. Each descriptor includes a definition.
  3. Choose descriptors for the expectations you experience at work.
  4. Select Generate report. You need at least one selection in each step.

Back and edit preserve your selections. Start over clears the current draft. Drafts remain in browser memory until you explicitly save; reloading or changing workspaces can discard an unsaved draft.

Read and export your report

The report compares decision approach, interaction, pace and structure. Each chart shows the balance among the descriptors you selected, with equivalent text and supporting evidence. Neither end is better. Missing evidence is shown without a score. Context differences and combined patterns suggest questions to discuss; they do not establish stress, suitability or predictive accuracy.

Download printable report creates an HTML file. Open it in your browser and choose Print → Save as PDF. Export data downloads your selections and report as JSON. Both downloads contain personal information.

Save, share or delete

Saving requires a separate storage-consent checkbox showing the current retention period. Save private report adds a versioned snapshot to My reports. Reports stay private until you choose Share with HR and confirm. Organization owners cannot read another participant's private report.

Shared with HR is available to authorized HR readers. You can use Revoke HR access to prevent future access, or Delete my report to remove the saved answers and report. Previously viewed or downloaded copies cannot be recalled. Saved reports show recent access events; those events contain action metadata, not your answers or scores.

Retention

The default storage period is 90 days. Authorized administrators can set 1–365 days under Retention settings. Shorter policies shorten existing lifetimes; longer policies do not extend reports already saved. Expired reports immediately become unavailable, and a daily cleanup removes their contents. Minimal retry receipts remain for up to 365 days after content removal; audit events expire 365 days after each event. You can delete report contents sooner.

If the retention policy changes while you are saving, review the updated notice and consent again. Sharing and retention controls only apply within your current workspace.
