Scheduling & booking
Let people book time with you through a public booking page.
Let people book time with you online. Create a booking calendar, set your availability, and share a public booking page — bookers pick a slot and you both get a confirmation.
Quick start
- Go to Calendar in the left menu.
- Create a booking calendar (this is your bookable meeting type, e.g. "30-minute intro call").
- Set your weekly availability.
- Share the public booking page link.
- Watch bookings appear on your calendar.
Booking calendars (your meeting types)
A booking calendar is one type of meeting people can book — for example a "Discovery Call", a "Consultation", or a "Demo". You can create as many as you need.
To create one:
- Open Calendar and click New booking calendar.
- Fill in the details:
| Setting | What it controls |
|---|---|
| Name | The title bookers see (e.g. "30-Minute Intro Call") |
| Link (slug) | The web address of the booking page. Lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only |
| Description | A short explanation shown on the booking page |
| Duration | How long the meeting lasts (5 minutes to 8 hours) |
| Buffer before / after | Padding time around each meeting so they don't run back-to-back (up to 2 hours each) |
| Color | A color label to identify this calendar |
| Location | How you'll meet (see below) |
| Booking window | How far ahead people can book (e.g. only the next 30 days, or unlimited) |
Meeting location
Choose how the meeting happens:
- Google Meet — a meeting link is generated automatically for each booking.
- Custom link — you provide your own link (your Zoom room, a phone number, or an in-person address) and it's included in the confirmation.
Setting your availability
Availability controls which days and times people can book.
- Open a booking calendar and go to its Availability settings.
- For each day of the week, turn it on or off and set a start and end time (for example, Monday–Friday, 9:00 to 17:00).
- Save.
The booking page only offers slots inside your available hours, automatically skipping times that are already booked and respecting your buffers.
Your time zone
Your availability is tied to your time zone. The public booking page automatically shows times in each booker's local time zone, so there's no confusion. You can review or update your own time zone in your profile.
Assigning team members
You can assign one or more team members to a booking calendar:
- Set a default assignee who handles the bookings.
- Add or remove additional assignees as needed.
This lets you route bookings to the right person on your team.
The public booking page
Each booking calendar has its own public page that anyone can use — no account required.
The address looks like yoursite.com/book/your-org/your-calendar-link. To share it:
- Open the booking calendar.
- Copy its public booking link.
- Send it out, or add it as a button on your website.
On the booking page, the visitor:
- Picks an available day and time.
- Enters their name, email, and any notes.
- Confirms — they get a confirmation with the meeting details and location.
A new booking also creates or updates a lead in your CRM, so every booker is captured.
Managing bookings
To see and manage what's been booked:
- Open the booking calendar.
- View its Bookings list.
For each booking you can:
- Update its status — Confirmed, Completed, Cancelled, or No-show.
- Cancel a booking when needed.
Tips
- Add buffers if you need prep or travel time between meetings.
- Use a clear name and description so bookers know exactly what they're scheduling.
- Limit the booking window (e.g. 30 days) to avoid bookings far in the future.
- Create separate calendars for different meeting types so each has the right length and availability.
