In-App Support
Reach the AI-powered support chat bubble inside the app (and on the marketing site).
Wherever you are in the app while signed in, you can reach support from a chat bubble in the bottom-left corner of the screen. It's the same chat widget technology described in Chat Widget — just pointed at our own support team instead of a website you built.
Who this is for
Anyone signed in to the app who wants a fast answer to a question, help with a problem, or a way to report something broken — without leaving the page you're on.
Where to find it
Look for the chat bubble in the bottom-left corner of your screen. It's available on every page inside the app except full-screen editors (the website builder, automation builder, and form builder canvases), which hide it so it doesn't get in the way of your workspace.
The bottom-right corner is reserved for the separate Reflex AI assistant that helps you work inside the app itself (for example, drafting content or answering questions about your own data). The support bubble on the bottom-left is specifically for reaching our team.
Starting a conversation
- Click the chat bubble.
- You'll land on a welcome screen with Start a conversation, Help center, and Updates options.
- Choose Start a conversation to open the chat and type your question.
If an AI assistant is answering first, it will respond right away using our knowledge base and cite the articles it used. If it can't answer confidently, it will offer to connect you with a human — or you can ask for a person directly at any time.
What the assistant can help with
- Answering questions about how features work, grounded in our own documentation.
- Pointing you to the right place in the app to do something.
- Collecting your contact details if you'd like a follow-up from our team.
- Filing a bug report if you describe something that isn't working — including what happened and what you expected.
- Escalating to a human teammate when it can't resolve your question, or whenever you ask to talk to a person.
Help center and updates
From the same widget, you can also:
- Open the Help center to search frequently asked questions without waiting for a reply.
- Check Updates for recent announcements and product news.
The marketing site uses the same widget
If you check our public website before signing in, you'll see a chat bubble there too (in the bottom-right corner, since there's no in-app assistant to share space with). By default it's the same support widget — same knowledge base, same AI assistant — so you get consistent answers whether you're a visitor checking us out or a signed-in user looking for help.
