Forms

Collect leads and feedback, then share or embed your forms.

Build forms to collect leads, registrations, feedback, and more — then share them as a link, embed them on any website, or email them. Every submission is saved and turned into a lead automatically.

Quick start

  1. Go to Sites → Forms in the left menu.
  2. Click New form and give it a name.
  3. Drag fields onto the form to build it.
  4. Publish the form.
  5. Click Share to get a link or embed code.

Creating a form

  1. Open Sites → Forms.
  2. Click New form, enter a name, and create it.
  3. The form builder opens so you can add fields.

Building your form

Drag fields from the left sidebar onto the form. Fields are grouped to make them easy to find:

GroupFields
Text InputsText, First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Number, Password, URL, Text Area
AddressStreet Address, Address Line 2, City, State/Province, ZIP/Postal Code, Country
SelectionDropdown, Multi-Select, Radio, Checkbox, Checkbox Group
Date & TimeDate, Time, Date & Time
LayoutHeading, Paragraph, Divider, Spacer
SpecialHidden, Rating, Slider, Submit Button

For each field you can set the label, placeholder text, whether it's required, and the available options (for dropdowns, radios, and checkboxes). Use Heading, Paragraph, Divider, and Spacer to organize and add structure to longer forms.

When you're done, click Publish. A form must be published before its public link or embed will work.

Sharing your form

Click Share on any published form. You have three ways to share it:

A shareable web address (like yoursite.com/forms/your-form). Copy it and send it anywhere — email, social media, text, or a button on your site.

2. Embed on a website

Copy the embed code and paste it into any external website. The form appears right inside your page, styled to fit. This works on most website platforms.

3. Email

Share the link by email so recipients can open and fill out the form.

The link and embed only work after the form is published.

Viewing submissions

Every time someone completes your form, the answer is saved.

  1. Open Sites → Forms.
  2. Click a form, then open its Submissions.
  3. You'll see a table of all responses. Click any row to view the full details of that submission.
  4. You can delete individual submissions if needed.

Each submission also creates or updates a lead in your CRM, so your contacts stay in one place. You can trigger automations off new submissions — see the Automations guide.

Organizing forms with folders

If you have many forms, use folders to keep them tidy:

  1. On the Forms screen, click New folder.
  2. Drag forms into folders, or use Move to folder on a form.
  3. Use the breadcrumb trail at the top to navigate between folders.

You can rename and delete folders at any time. Deleting a folder does not delete the forms inside — they move back to the top level.

Managing forms

From the Forms screen you can:

  • Edit a form by opening it
  • Duplicate a form to reuse its design
  • Delete one or several forms (select multiple and use bulk delete)
  • Move forms between folders

Tips

  • Mark important fields as required so you don't get incomplete leads.
  • Use a Hidden field to pass along source information (like which campaign sent the visitor).
  • Embed the form on your site for the most seamless experience, or use the direct link when you need something quick to share.
  • Check Submissions regularly — or set up an automation to notify you when a new one arrives.
