Payments & invoicing

Connect Stripe, create products, send invoices and track orders.

Get paid online. Connect Stripe, create products, send invoices and payment links, and track every order and payout — all from one place.

Quick start

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations and connect Stripe.
  2. Go to Payments → Products and create a product with a price.
  3. Create a payment link to share, or build an invoice to send.
  4. Track money coming in under Payments → Orders and Transactions.

Connecting Stripe

Stripe is what actually moves the money and deposits it into your bank account. You connect your own Stripe account so payouts go directly to you.

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations.
  2. Find the Stripe card and click Connect.
  3. You're sent to Stripe to sign in (or create an account) and authorize the connection.
  4. After you approve, you're brought back and Stripe shows as Connected.

Once connected:

  • You can take payments through products, payment links, and invoices.
  • Payouts go straight to your Stripe account and then to your bank, on Stripe's schedule.
  • You can open your Stripe dashboard from the integration to view balances, payouts, and transfers.

If Stripe asks for more information (identity, bank details, business info), the app will flag that your account needs attention. Complete those steps in Stripe so payouts aren't held.

To stop accepting payments, you can disconnect Stripe at any time from the same screen.

Products

A product is something you sell — a service, a digital item, a plan. Each product can have one or more prices.

To create one:

  1. Go to Payments → Products.
  2. Click New product, add a name, description, and image(s).
  3. Add a price:
    • One-time — a single charge (e.g. $50).
    • Recurring — a subscription that bills on a schedule (e.g. $20/month), with an optional free trial period.

You can also add features (selling points shown to buyers), and track inventory if you sell physical items — set stock counts, adjust them, and get low-stock alerts.

A payment link is a simple checkout URL you can share anywhere — in an email, a text, or a button on your site.

  1. Open a product and click Create payment link.
  2. Choose the product or specific price.
  3. Copy the link and share it.

When someone opens the link they get a secure checkout page. After they pay, an order is recorded for you automatically.

Payment links require Stripe to be connected first.

Invoices

Use invoices to bill a specific customer for specific items.

  1. Go to Payments → Invoices and click New invoice.
  2. Add the customer and line items (description, quantity, price).
  3. Review the totals in the live preview.
  4. Click Send — the customer receives the invoice by email with a secure link to pay online.

You can edit an invoice before sending, and once it's paid the status updates automatically. If a customer pays you another way (cash, bank transfer), you can mark the invoice as Paid manually.

Contracts

If the deal needs a signed agreement first, use Payments → Contracts: build from a template (or blank), draft with AI, then send a secure signing link — the signer needs no account. See the Contracts guide.

Orders

Every successful payment becomes an order under Payments → Orders.

For each order you can:

  • See what was bought, by whom, and for how much.
  • Update fulfillment status (e.g. mark it as shipped or delivered).
  • Add a tracking number for shipped items.
  • Add internal notes for your team.

Orders are also linked to the buyer's lead record, so you can see a contact's full purchase history.

Transactions and refunds

Payments → Transactions shows the raw money movements behind your orders.

From a transaction you can:

  • View the full payment timeline.
  • Issue a refund (full or partial).
  • Cancel a pending charge where applicable.

Revenue charts net refunds out of both total and recurring revenue. A chart uses one currency. When an account has mixed currencies, the series follows the currency with the largest absolute net. Months are grouped in UTC, and portal profitability charts use that same UTC grouping. The current recurring figure is the latest month with a non-zero net, including a month that refunds more than it collects.

Subscriptions

If you sell recurring products, active subscriptions appear under Payments → Subscriptions. You can view each subscriber's plan and status, and recurring payments are tracked automatically as they renew.

How payouts work (plain language)

  • The customer pays through Stripe.
  • The money lands in your connected Stripe account — not the platform's.
  • Stripe pays it out to your bank account on its normal schedule.
  • You can open your Stripe dashboard any time to see your balance and upcoming payouts.

Tips

  • Connect Stripe first — products, links, and invoices need it to take real payments.
  • Use payment links for the fastest way to get paid for a single product.
  • Use invoices when you're billing a named customer for custom amounts.
  • Finish any Stripe setup prompts so your payouts aren't delayed.
  • Combine payments with automations — for example, tag a lead or send a thank-you email when a payment completes (see the Automations guide).
